sonder summer 1711

summer yields mystery in a tenuous, difficult time

As if dredged from the depths of the ocean, old ships with decaying hulls and calcified with barnacles now sail the seas, lazily touching down in Rionnach and Saora. What our countrymen soon realized was that the ships led back to a distant island: the Hinterlands. With the realization of this new land ripe with potential, the King Jacob and King Adamh both came to the first mutual thought: that it it would be ideal to earn the favor of the Hinterlands if only to have more bodies in the next war. As such, the strength of the borders have softened to allow for trade and to give the impression of unimpeachable strength. Yet for how long will it last under the merciless heat of the sun?
