I "Tybalt..." he said softly. He approached the pup and quickly assessed him for any damages he might have suffered. Once he was certain the boy was okay, he picked up a paw and dusted some of the dirt off his face. "Shhh, it's no big deal. You are fine." He gave a soft chuckle as he watched the dirt fall off of the child's darkened mask. "Next time, you need to listen to all of the instructions before you bound off into the distance. Quite and slow approaches are best as you are less likely to alert an unsuspecting prey to your advances." He was not going to coddle the boy, that much was true. It was a small fall, and he was sure the boy was fine enough to continue on, but perhaps they needed some play? Play time was both fun and educational, and he loved to participate in anything that was fun. "That's enough hunting for now, we will try again another time." He moved on towards the lake he had brought his treasure to long ago. The memories of that place needed to be erased and made new with ones much better than that. It was unfortunate with what had happened between he and her in the end, but perhaps it was to be that way? She had never said a kind thing to him. His kindness was not always so straight-forward, but there were definite attempts there. The large wolf turned to make sure his son was following him. "Come Tybalt, let's go for a swim. I will teach you. And you can splash the water as much as you want!"
