Deep in Yorkshire lies a castle in ruins, looking quite nice despite its condition. There are many different rooms that are used for different purposes and provide shelter from the weather. There are four well sized nursery rooms, two dining areas, seven large bedrooms that are shared, a large meeting room, and six other rooms used for any purpose. In one of the dining areas is a long stone table. In the nursery rooms and bedrooms, animal furs from kills are used to sleep on. This castle belongs to the great House Owen, and it has for many, many generations. House Owen was actually the first to claim this castle. The family surname Owen means "noble or well born".

House Owen is predominantly composed of dark pelted wolves, with most wolves harboring a piece of their signature color, black. House Owen is used to showing prejudice for criminals and poor wolves and peasant wolves. All of House Owen are expected to be loyal to and adhere to the rules of Rionnach. They bask in their wealth, riches, and very high status, for they are all nobles and aristocrats. They believe status, wealth, and power dictated where a wolf stood. Despite their luxuries, House Owen is full of the most skilled and talented hunters you'll ever find. These hunters have a high success kill rate. Hunting is an important aspect of the house. They catch their own food most of the time, and even sell meat to others for a price. They pride themselves on loyalty to the crown and hard work. Shows of dominance and/or leadership are encouraged in House Owen. House Owen is even related to members of Parliament. The privileged and high class House Owen is notorious and tales of their existence have spread through the lands. Even the royals know of House Owen.
House Owen may be loyal to King Adamh and Queen Daphne, but they see Queen Daphne as weak, hoping King Adamh will choose a stronger female who will produce stronger heirs.
