Profile of Edmond

✧ Ravishing proclaims a mother as she looks upon one of mottled pelt, a gentle mix of coastal and sandstone hues as if the rolling tide brushed the sands. Haunches, limbs, and a splash upon his countenance carry these dusted tones yet over it all lies sooty spots and the delicate brush of snow.

✧ Bright eyes peer out from angular features, the right carrying blended tones of blue and near gold while the left bares the purity of golden orange.

✧ An ever festering desire to be liked, to gain approval of those seen as above him have made the youth a bit of a yes-man. One unwilling to tell another ‘no’ despite knowing an act to be wrong or against the very law he’s being trained to uphold.

✧ Has difficulty lying, feeling it better to be honest lest it may hurt someone. In times such as those he is not averse to withholding the truth for another’s benefit yet fears how crushing it may become when all is revealed.

✧ Tends to over think things, becoming hung up on possibilities and all the ways something could go wrong. Should something indeed go wrong he then turns to how things should have been handled, what all could have been done to prevent the situation from occurring. These frantic ideas often bringing him to freeze up until something breaks him from the trance.

Bore to nobility there had been hopes of delving into the study of beasts, of taming and training - or even following in his mother's footsteps and chase after a path of higher education even if a majority of her studies and duties lay hidden from him - yet his father, Raziel, held far different plans for the boy. Declaring there to be no other option as it were he who signed another up as an army recruit to train, to 'thrive'. Wouldn’t want to be the family disappointment now would we dear Edmond? However, he would rather be doing anything except fighting - especially for a king who’s ideals he holds trouble agreeing with at his age.
