Profile of Dahlia

― she’s got oceans tucked away in her hair ―

Dahlia is the personification of the chaotic ocean waves; visualised in the curly fur she adorns proudly. A plethora of blues, crested with white tips are the colours that paint her canvas; a stark contrast to her littermate and sister, Hyacinth. She took the oceanic colours of her mother and the intricacy of her father to become something new, something beautiful. Green eyes stand out from the depths of the dark blue mask upon her face, glistening with sparkles of purity; a true window into her kind soul.

Her form is larger than her sister and mother, though not as imposing as her father. Still, she will grow into a behemoth of a woman who will use her size and powerful body to help those who need it the most.

As of Winter 1710, Dahlia is followed by a large, pure white Flemish Giant named xx.

Optimistic / Protective / Dense / Carefree
Like the ocean, Dahlia possesses an adaptable mindset and enjoys being challenged. However, despite the flexibility and natural ability to change depending on the circumstances around her, she is also as stubborn as an ox - once she is set on conquering whatever is in her path, she will stop at nothing to accomplish that feat even if it puts her at a detriment.

She could be described as figuratively shooting first and asking questions later, getting easily caught up in the chaotic moments of life and wanting nothing more than to feel the rush of adrenaline through her body.

Incredibly optimistic and always seeing life as a glass half full, she does her best to see the good in others and has a very difficult time lying, especially to her sister. Being the (much) larger of the two siblings, Dahlia has a soft spot for those who need protecting, and enjoys thinking of herself as a knight who helps the small and weak.

An unfortunate product of a family broken before it had even started, Dahlia is born alongside her younger - smaller - sister, Hyacinth, while her older brother perished during birth. Immediately taken from their mothers' teat and given to a wetnurse to provide them nutrients while Leoric is occupied with pre-war efforts, the two sisters quickly find comfort and companionship in each other in order to pass the time.
