Profile of Sethos

He adorns a cloak of honey and chocolate, accentuated by ivory and obsidian. A gentle flame, albeit still a classic Tiamat. A crown of gold rests easy upon his forehead, and citrine jewels rest within his irises; sparkling beautifully against his decorated coat.

He dwarfs most, if not all of his kin, his stature tall and imposing with a straight spine and strong chin.

In the Great War of 1710, Sethos suffered a catastrophic injury that left his spine broken. While he has been able to heal and achieve mobility again, he experiences temporary paralysis in his hindquarters occasionally, as well as numbness, pain and decreased movement.

A quiet soul, Sethos' loyalty lies mainly to his family rather than the Crown. He takes his duties seriously, finding solace in the tasks he is assigned, regardless of how mundane they are. He doesn't typically consider himself a violent man, preferring to attempt to deescalate the situation before resorting to use of force - which has resulted in some developing the opinion that he is soft or even too sensitive.

There are those who knew Sethos previous to the deaths he experienced - both by his hand and within his family that may still consider him to be a gentle, soft soul. Perhaps this part of him shines through from time to time, depending on who it is around him. However, as a direct impact from the trauma he experienced in the Great War of 1710 and in the deaths of his beloved mother and brother, the man has grown in a sense - while he may have broken his spine on the battlefield, it has fused into something considerably stronger; though this comes with unfavorably consequences. Sethos can be catty, unafraid to bite back with words woven from fire and actions born from unbridled anger.

- born in the spring to a strong (at least in personality) pair of parents; had a good childhood with his litter sister, Xandria, and older siblings, Cairo and Ahkoris
- his father wasn't often around, often dedicating his time to the army which Sethos soon came to admire despite the absence
- a few months after he enlisted as a cadet in the army, his father was killed in action, which resulted in a sore spot on his heart as he worried about the affects his death would have on his mother and siblings
- since the reunion between his mother and Kvothe, he has devoted his time to training and honing his skills within the Army, though his loyalty to the Crown has wavered

- in spring, 1710, the fae sickness caused him to not age with his sister, and relatively mild symptoms now affect him
